class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The purpose of this project is to regenerate the original local ecosystem (high Andean forest), in order to protect and conserve endemic species found in the area (both flora and fauna).<\/p>\n<p>This project has great environmental importance, especially due to its proximity to the Sisga dam, the city of Bogot\u00e1 and surrounding municipalities with a strong presence of industry, construction, livestock and agroindustry, which has impacted land use and displaced native ecosystems. The change of use of this property to become a forest reserve benefits the entire region. <\/p>\n<p>Achieving this in an area so desired by commerce and industry is not easy, due to the opportunity cost for its owners, so having this commitment from the land owners benefits the entire community.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
